I am an Atheist and So Are You

The definition of an atheist is a person having disbelief in god(s). If you are christian or muslim for example, you are considered atheist in a sense. A christian will believe in the Biblical God, while Muslims have faith in Allah of the Qu’ran. Both religious groups deny the existence of the other’s god. So I myself am considered atheist, because I choose only to believe in the God of the Bible. This does not make me any better than the next person. An Atheist simply has a disbelief of any supreme being. Just because they do not have a religion does not mean they have a lack of morals. Religion helps give people standards to live up to, but they also get their morals from other sources. A big example being what the world portrays. We hate war ,because we know it only causes lives to be lost. People hate rape, because it is seen as a vulgar atrocity in itself. Social standards are paved through what can easily be seen as right and wrong. People everyday break these set laws. The results will range from losing $10 to the massacre of countless people. Knowing people disobey gives us the authority to serve justice to where it is needed. How it is carried out depends on the area’s government. Anyway, (got kinda side-tracked) we are all atheist in a sense, because there is no way to believe in one god(s) without disclaiming other gods.

  1. God is on everyone’s side … and in the last analysis, he is on the side with plenty of money and large armies. The rule is not to talk about money with people who have much more or much less than you.Never work just for money or for power. They won’t save your soul or help you sleep at night. The holy passion of friendship is so sweet and steady and loyal and enduring in nature that it will last through a whole lifetime, if not asked to lend money.
